Dr. Mark H. Rinkov, a lifelong Buckeye who grew up in Columbus and earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University in 1973, founded Rinkov Eyecare in 1977. He fueled the company’s growth by carrying out his philosophy that each patient is treated as he would like to be treated and we continue that tradition today.
